Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

These Terms of Service govern your use of lasoiepk.com and any purchase you make from La Soié ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

About us

La Soié is a luxury pret wear brand based in Karachi, Pakistan. We design and produce silk garments made by hand in Southern Punjab. Our store is operated on the Shopify platform and all transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on lasoiepk.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. Most pieces in our collections are made-to-order and produced after your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

Product images are as accurate as photography allows. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen calibration. Fabric texture and drape are best understood from the product description and fabric details listed on each page.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, fabric details, and pricing are accurate. In the event of an error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to confirm, amend, or cancel.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

We accept payment via credit and debit card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

For international orders, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. These are outside our control and are your responsibility.

Orders and production

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of receipt, not a guarantee of fulfilment — we reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is found to be unavailable or if a pricing error has occurred.

The standard production window for made-to-order pieces is 20 days from order confirmation. Custom or altered orders may take an additional 5–10 days. We will confirm your timeline by email or WhatsApp after your order is placed.

Cancellations and changes

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production has begun and cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Size and customisation changes: Changes can be requested within 48 hours of order placement. After 48 hours, your piece is in production and changes may not be possible.

To cancel or amend an order, contact us via WhatsApp at +92 300 8527643 or email orders@lasoie.pk. The 24- and 48-hour windows are calculated from the timestamp on your order confirmation email.

Shipping

Domestic shipping within Pakistan is complimentary on all orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines and full shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon dispatch. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country.

Returns and exchanges

Because most of our pieces are made-to-order and produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We will offer a replacement or refund in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage.
  • The item received is materially different from what was ordered.

To raise a return or replacement request, email us at orders@lasoie.pk with photographs of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess each case individually and respond within 3 business days.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging intact to be eligible for return.

Intellectual property

All content on lasoiepk.com — including product photography, design imagery, collection names, brand assets, text, and the La Soié name and logo — is the property of La Soié and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

User conduct

You agree not to use our website to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
  • Engage in any conduct that disrupts or damages the operation of the website.
  • Reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive conduct.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Soié shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites including payment providers and social media platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent revision will be noted at the bottom of this page.
