Production time

Most pieces in our collections are made-to-order. The standard production window is 20 days from the date your order is placed.

Some pieces are ready-to-ship and dispatch sooner. Custom or altered orders — specific length, sleeve adjustment, neckline tweak — may take 5–10 days longer than the standard window. We'll confirm the exact timeline with you via DM or email after the order is placed.

Shipping within Pakistan

Domestic shipping is complimentary on every order, regardless of value.

Orders ship via TCS from our studio in Karachi and typically arrive within 2–5 working days of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp the moment your piece leaves us.

International shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Typical transit times after dispatch:

  • Gulf (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman): 3–5 business days
  • UK & Europe: 4–7 business days
  • US & Canada: 5–8 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–10 business days

Tracking is sent by email and WhatsApp on dispatch.

Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT collected by your country's customs office at the time of delivery. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check your local customs office for current rates before ordering.

Changes and cancellations

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has started and we can no longer cancel.
  • Size or customisation changes: Adjustments can be accommodated within 48 hours of order placement. After 48 hours, your piece is in production and changes may not be possible.

To request a cancellation or change, message us on WhatsApp at +92 300 8527643 or email orders@lasoie.pk. The 24- and 48-hour windows are calculated from the order timestamp on your confirmation email.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched. If you don't see a tracking update within 24 hours of the dispatch notification, get in touch and we'll resend.

Lost or damaged packages

Every shipment is fully tracked and insured.

  • Damaged on arrival: Photograph the outer packaging and the piece immediately and email us at orders@lasoie.pk within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll open a courier investigation on your behalf.
