Refund policy
Changes and cancellations
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has started and we can no longer cancel.
- Size or customisation changes: Adjustments can be accommodated within 48 hours of order placement. After 48 hours, your piece is in production and changes may not be possible.
To request a cancellation or change, message us on WhatsApp at +92 300 8527643 or email orders@lasoie.pk. The 24- and 48-hour windows are calculated from the order timestamp on your confirmation email.
Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched. If you don't see a tracking update within 24 hours of the dispatch notification, get in touch and we'll resend.
Lost or damaged packages
Every shipment is fully tracked and insured.
- Damaged on arrival: Photograph the outer packaging and the piece immediately and email us at orders@lasoie.pk within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Marked delivered but not received: Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll open a courier investigation on your behalf.
