  • To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate correctly and to understand browsing behaviour. These include:

  • Essential cookies: required for the store to function (shopping cart, checkout session).
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 tracks aggregated, anonymised browsing data to help us understand which pages and products are most popular.
  • Advertising cookies: the Meta Pixel tracks browsing and purchase events to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. This data is processed in accordance with Meta's data policy.

Third parties we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to operate our business:

  • Shopify: our store platform processes and stores your order and payment data. Shopify is PCI-DSS compliant. See Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
  • Payment gateways: your payment details are processed securely by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
  • Courier partners: your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with TCS (domestic), DHL, or FedEx (international) to fulfil your order.
  • Google and Meta: anonymised browsing and purchase data is shared via analytics and advertising tags as described above.

International customers

If you are ordering from outside Pakistan, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in Pakistan. By placing an order, you consent to this transfer. We handle all data in accordance with this policy regardless of where you are located.

Data retention

We retain your order and personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy — including legal, accounting, and dispute resolution requirements. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data except where we are required to retain it by law.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
